2 - Customer Support Center with AI-Integration

Companies with larger customer database are constantly in-touch with them to answer customer requests. Customer support requests that are not recorded through specific channels (By phone, e-mail, fax) cannot be tracked. Tracking and measuring customer support requests and problem resolutions are of utmost concern. Without such records companies won’t be able to produce influential end-of-the-year reports, and those reports contain information that is vital to improve and analyze support quality and employee costs. Main goal of customer support center automations is to reduce service requests and maintenance costs. Our Customer Support Center Application (ÇMU) aims to categorize support requests of customers according to their company information (sender e-mail), support request types which are automatically gathered from mail subject and identified from mail body by capturing important keywords. Then the categorized support request is assigned with a unique identifier (id), and traced through end of its life-cycle (opened, inprogress, done, closed, rejected). All requests are captured a special purpose Windows Service and recorded to a database. Intuitive user graphical interface enables an operator to assign this automatically categorized customer support request to appropriate department. The life cycle of a support request is the measured along with a state. All data later on are presented in graphs to show spent time and cost on all customers, thus giving us significant information on how well the support teams perform and whether there are fields that can be improved to increase the service quality.
