CONDITIONS FOR DELETION, DESTRUCTION AND ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA

In this context, our Company has taken the necessary technical and administrative measures within the Company to fulfill its relevant obligation; has developed the necessary operational mechanisms in this regard; and is training, assigning and raising awareness of the relevant business units to act in accordance with these obligations. When the names and surnames of individuals visiting our Company buildings as guests are obtained, or through texts displayed or otherwise made available to guests at the Company, these personal data subjects are informed in this context. Data obtained for the purpose of tracking guest entries and exits is only processed for this purpose, or the relevant personal data is physically recorded in the data recording system. Our Company may provide internet access to visitors who request it during their stay in the workplace, including areas such as buildings, facilities, and production areas, to ensure security and for the purposes stated in this Policy. In this case, log records regarding your internet access are recorded in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 5651 and the legislation regulated in accordance with this Law; these records are only processed upon request by authorized public institutions and organizations or in audit processes carried out within the Company to fulfill our relevant legal obligations. In this context, only a limited number of Company employees have access to the log records obtained. Company employees who have access to these records access them only to use them in response to requests from authorized public institutions and organizations or during audit processes, and share them with legally authorized persons. A limited number of individuals with access to the records declare that they will protect the confidentiality of the data they access through confidentiality agreements.
