MEGA's commissioning team conducts a multi-stage systematic process for the safe and sustainable operation of the facility. After mechanical completion, all equipment and process lines are tested and verified according to procedures and delivered completely to the client operation team.

Client Training & Operation Preparation

Comprehensive training programs are provided to the client's O&M teams before commissioning:

• Process flow

• Equipment operating principles

• Control logic

• Emergency scenarios

• Flashtech® automation system

At the end of training, technical manuals, procedures and operation guides are delivered to the client team.

Safe Commissioning Discipline

Commissioning activities at MEGA are carried out within the scope of defined and auditable procedures in accordance with Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) principles. All works are planned and implemented in accordance with HSE procedures and applicable national and international standards. The main HSE controls applied during the commissioning process are:

• LOTO (Lock-Out / Tag-Out) – Energy isolation and lockout procedures

• Permit-to-Work – Controlled work permit system

• Confined Space Entry – Confined space entry procedures

• Hot Work Controls – Hot work permits and controls

• Lifting & Rigging Safety – Lifting and load handling safety

• Gas-Free Verification – Degassing and measurement verification

• Electrical Isolation Standards – Electrical isolation practices

Prior to commissioning, operation, maintenance, safety and Flashtech® system training is provided to the Client's Operation and Maintenance (O&M) teams. At the end of the process, technical manuals, operation guides and relevant procedure documentation are delivered to the client team.
